Often my ten-year old's phrase of choice. If we do not have an agenda for the entire day...she is bored. Today was H-O-T and aside from the in and out of the pool on the deck, we had a completely lazy day. Shawn and I can't get enough of those, but this poor girl just kept tellin' me she was bored. That is until I uttered the idea..."you could always clean up the house"...then she found lots of things to do. Gotta love her!

great picture...
at our house the kids constantly hear "glad to hear you are bored...it means you are twenty minutes way from a great idea!"...they hate hearing that so don't say it much anymore...ha!
Yep - sounds just like me when I was a kid. Next time my mom comes to visit you will have to ask her how often I said "I'm Bored." when I was a kid.
Aida on the other hand is so in her own world that she hardly says that - getting her to move is sometimes the problem! Pablo on the other hand - I think he just has never thought of it before - I'm sure it won't be long...
This is a really really beautiful photo btw.
Lyd--this is seriously an amazing photo! How can you ever be uninspired? ;-)
Motivation however it may come, right?
And thx...I loved this too. I guess it's not inspiration so much as I just get a mental block...I know...state o' mind! ;)
I love this image Lydia, so beautiful!
On the bored thing...Chloe and Blake are not there yet...but now I have a great line to give them when they do say it....thanks to Annie !
