Just when I thought we would never get into our bedroom again cuz of delays and not hearing back from contractors...blah, blah, blah. It looks like we may have a whole new floor this week and be ready for our wonderful carpenter (John Miller) to come early next week to finish all the hanging of doors, crown molding and base boards. That of course, means our homework this weekend will be to apply the new colors (which are still TBD) in our newly expanded room.
(pics of hallway and newly painted (green) walk-in closet, yeah-baby!)
Yup, we now have a REAL sized closet all painted and ready for the "Easy Closets" system to be installed. I have added more photos to Flickr (mostly for Shawn)...keep your fingers crossed that by next Saturday (May 12, 2007), we will no longer be sleeping and dressing in the laundry room and what should be Ry's room. MOST OF ALL, I cannot wait to put everything away to a permanent home...this portion of renovation has been particularly full of shuffling things about.
